Daily Tracking

People change. This basic fact makes genetic research much more interesting. Do your genes contribute to change? Is it easier to start exercising, for example, if you have one set of genes versus another? To investigate this, we introduced brief Daily Tracking Surveys. Some of these surveys are only a single question long. All Daily Tracking Surveys are meant to be completed routinely -- every day, several times per week, however often you can spare a few minutes.

You can track your progress by using the graphical tools built into Genes for Good, and you are helping us research why and how people change their health behaviors.
